Whilst cricket has become a national sport and a symbol of achievement in the Caribbean, the ‘in’ sport is scuba diving. Clear, tropical water and colourful reefs abounding with life attract divers from all over the world. There are islands to suit all tastes and the development of the diving industry has reached various stages from the somewhat packaged sites to the virtually unexplored. Caribbean diving varies from location to location with some areas only suited to the more experienced.
